About US
 The
University Bookshop started in 1970 as a privately leased bookshop operated
by Sangster's Bookstore. After a few years the University opted to acquire
the operations of the bookshop and since then the bookshop has evolved
into a self-supporting, income generating department which caters to
over 2,000 staff members and more than 10,000 students.
In addition to the sale of books and periodicals, the
University Bookshop also offers UWI memorabilia including T-shirts,
mugs and watches
